Well at least they are trying. Except for the Picaroons guys I think I've tried everything even remotely interesting on that list. Oh and the McAusland brewery from QC I'd like to try more of their stuff, currently only have an excellent Oatmeal stout available here from them...wanna try some Pumpkin Ale that you guys are constantly splooging over.
It's a basic pre-boiled kit for now so i get comfortable with sanitizing, racking, bottling, etc. It's a Munich Dark Lager. When i get a couple of these 'kits' under my belt (probably do some hacks like try different yeasts, maybe some dry hopping, and see how that affects the final product) i'm going to order up some grains and hops and what not to do my own boil.
These kits are cheap enough (around $45) will yield ~23 liters. I wouldn't feel as bad infecting a batch of that due to inexperience as opposed to spending a day doing a boil and cocking it up.
