I had moments where I enjoyed Metro. Getting around back for the back cap on a stalemate with a 4 man crew was fun. Also the few occasions you managed to stage a stairway charge and blitzed through was fun too.
But yes, people played it for the excessively fast kills it brought. The FPS equivalent of grinding.
And I loathe that gamers find a way to grind out EVERY game experience these days.

Well, to be fair, if every game maker didn't manufacture a system where you have to level up to unlock all of the content in a game, there wouldn't be a need to grind.

I've been playing the hell out of this since they patched it. The netcode is less shitty, less dudes killing me from behind walls(it isn't perfect, but there's less wtf moments). Interested to see Final Stand, cause Hardline is gonna be shit.
