its call of duty with big robots. I think imma pick up an XBO and this though, got tax refund and bonus coming all around the same time, but I don't think I'm gonna be able to afford building an entirely new PC setup in that timeframe, and the laptop handles it, but not well enough for me to be regularly competetive.

I am leaning xbox one as well. The beta was pretty amazing and I am excited for it. I don't think it's fair comparing it to coddy since coddy makes me want to hurt myself. I always had a big smile mounting my titan

This game is my new crack. I hit the level cap the first night of the beta in a single marathon session between 9 PM and 2 AM and I pretty much play this any spare moment I have. The mobility in this game is nuts and I love wall running and ledge grabbing my way across the levels.
The best thing about the game, honestly, is that even when you're having a crap round by COD standards (ie - K/D ratio is through the floor), you still feel like your accomplishing things and contributing by taking out minions or bringing down Titans. At least, I don't feel as frustrated and fed up with the game if I'm not getting pilot kills and I'm not falling into situations where I'm just getting completely dominated and killed before I even take two steps.
I'm really digging the burn cards too. It's a neat idea and a welcome change from the killstreak bonuses because anyone can take advantage of them, rather than letting just the folks who are already on a run get access to bigger and better ways to kill people. Picked up a few rare cards in my last session, including a card to call in a Strider titan, which I will probably try tonight.

Yeah,I have to do this one on the pc. Though it would be awesome on the big screen, it'd be hard to play it with the kids around.

They're both pretty young, one is 3 yrs old and the other is 10 months. With the xbox in the living room it would be really close to their bedroom and i would probably wake them if i was playing this. |
