I'd think with it being an Epic collaboration, it would have decent distro. We'll get it here , I just want it now , damn it.

I had this over the weekend. Drinkable, but bizarre. Definitely tasted like a ... I just mowed the lawn and want to take the edge of life... taste. More hop than I prefer but the blackberry evened that out quickly on the palate with a bit of sweet and sour.

There's pumpkin in this? Delicious regardless. Ray informs me that true pumpkin beers don't taste like pumpkin, but yam beers do. They probably used real pumpkin. I got a second bottle that I'm saving for an imperial stout day... I don't know that I've ever been disappointed by either DC Brau or Epic. Those motherfuckers are on point.

ugh this trip, my cousins and I have been meeting at smug new york restaurants with really fancy wine lists and terrible beer lists (which is fine, we've been having bottles of wine). Beers had while in America: Sam Adams Red Stripe Stella One more day here, hopefully I can find a craft beer bar or something

The Jesus is appropriately named; I see why they were limiting buyers to one 6-pack per visit. Looks like I will have to go back a few times. Haven't tried the milk stout yet. The Starr Hill pumpkin brew is pretty subtle.

If you want 300 different bottles of wine to choose from though any of the smug restaurants I went too can help you out! I did manage to try a bottle of the new Sierra Nevada Saison that they are brewing in the Belgian style with some Belgian beer maker, it was not bad! www.ratebeer.com/beer/sierra-nevada-ovila-saison-mandarin-orange-peppercorns/214774/

They have a pretty solid restaurant distribution in NYC.

(In fact at one of the places I went to on the last time I ordered one of their beers and their keg had just run out) I've had a couple of the Brooklyn Brew beers in previous trips and they are alright but nothing I'd write home about.

Oh I'd agree on the alright bit... but they're better than "Sam Adams, Red Stripe and Stella" Occasionally they get a good one but it's always some special one off or seasonal thing.

It's about an every other day thing that I crack a beer... uncork a bottle of wine... or whip up a cocktail other than the Monday thing. 3 different ones every Monday as part of a tour at a local bar. Done that for every year since I turned 30... so 6 years now.
Sum total in a week? Probably about 5 beers... a bottle of wine... and a dram of liquor.
The pictures make it seem like more probably because we're buying a lot of single bottle stuff.

I have one most days. Then I probably crack a bomber once during the week and one over the weekend. I don't hit the bars much anymore, though I'll probably get well and truly drunk once every two months or so.

I don't drink much beer. But I'll kill a 1.75L of Jack in a week. edit: to add some beers that I have had recently that are dang good. Iron Horse Brewery is in Ellensburg, WA, about an hour from where I live. HT, do these make it up to your parts? I think the Irish Death is their big seller.
